Live fix log
Deployed 04 Jul 2026 · 14:22 UTCWhy is the build really free?
Honest answer, in three parts. About 1 in 6 builds turns into a paid retainer inside 12 months. Most sites we touch surface $5K to $30K in fixable lost revenue. The cost to us is one strategist's afternoon. No card required. No drip. No lead-magnet gotchas.
No card required.
Ever. We do not take payment details for the free build. Not for "verification," not for "priority queue," not for anything. Full stop.
No drip sequence.
We ship the fixes, ping you once when they go live, then stop. No re-engagement cadence, no "we noticed you opened this last month" cold touches.
No lead-magnet gotcha.
The three fixes are yours unconditionally. Push them to production, share the diff with your team, hand the login back to whoever built the site last.

Slide in your numbers. The math assumes a 20% relative conversion improvement, which is what the first audit typically finds on non-optimized sites.
Application to shipped fixes. In 5 to 7 business days.
Fast turnaround, zero back-and-forth. You watch the fix log update, then keep every line of code the strategist shipped.

Real businesses,
real numbers.
A sampling of the kind of findings recent audits have surfaced, and what fixing them was worth. Some clients we worked with after the audit. Others we sent away with the PDF and never heard from again.
What audit recipients
actually say.
A sampling of feedback from the last 60 audits. Some became clients, some didn't. All still talk to us.
“Flagged that our booking form had 11 fields where the industry baseline is 4.”
I'd had three "free audits" before this one: two were thin PDFs that read like marketing brochures and one was a 90-minute pitch in disguise. Redefine's was different. They mapped exactly where in the funnel we were losing 67% of mobile visitors, and gave me the exact copy to test on the hero. We did two of the changes ourselves, didn't hire anyone, and lead volume is up 40% three months later.
“Actual PDF with 17 findings.”
Honestly, I was expecting a pitch deck. Got an actual PDF with 17 specific findings and a fix order. We hired Redefine for two of them and kept the rest for our in-house team.
Coworking + community spaces“Sent me to a vendor they don't get a kickback from.”
They told me on the walkthrough that I didn't actually need a redesign, just three specific copy fixes and a faster host. Sent me to a hosting vendor they don't get a kickback from. That kind of honesty is rare.

3 fixes shipped in 5 to 7 days.
All three fixes go live within 5 to 7 business days of your application, or the work is escalated to our director of strategy at no charge.
Written deliverable, always.
Real fix log PDF with diffs, dates, and rationale for each of the three changes. Yours unconditionally. Share it, fork it, hand it to a competitor.
No drip, no upsell.
We ping you as each fix ships, one follow-up a week later, then stop. Zero re-engagement sequences. Zero cold-touch cadences.
Honest recommendation.
If the walkthrough says hire someone else, DIY the rest, or do nothing, that is what the strategist says. We have sent prospects away without a pitch.
Asked and
answered.
Real questions from real prospect calls. If yours isn't listed, ask on the audit call and we'll answer in the first 5 minutes.
Is the audit actually free, or is there a "$1 setup fee" buried somewhere?+
Genuinely free. No credit card, no "$1 trial," no premium-tier upsell mid-walkthrough, no "we'll send the full report if you book a 60-minute call." The PDF you get is the deliverable in full.
If you want us to fix what the audit surfaces, that's a separate paid engagement quoted after the walkthrough, and only if you ask. About 5 in 6 audit recipients never become paying clients, and that ratio is on purpose.
Why would you give this away if it's a senior strategist's time?+
One in six audits leads to a paid engagement at some point in the next 12 months. The other five don't, and that's still fine for us. We'd rather be the agency that publishes a useful PDF than the one that runs a cold-email drip campaign.
The math is simple: the audit takes one strategist about 3 hours of focused work. Across 60 audits per quarter, that buys us 10 high-quality clients and the rest of the funnel is goodwill. Cheaper than running paid lead gen at the same conversion rate.
Will I get follow-up emails or sales calls after?+
One follow-up email about 7 days after the walkthrough asking if you have any final questions. That's it. No drip sequence, no "we noticed you opened this last week" cold-touches, no quarterly "checking in" emails three years later.
Unsubscribe from the one follow-up takes a single click and deletes your record. We'd genuinely rather lose your contact than be the agency you ghost because we wouldn't stop emailing.
What if my site is a Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow template?+
Fine. We audit the live site regardless of platform. What visitors actually see is what we grade. Some findings will be platform-locked ("you can't fix this without leaving Wix") and the report will be honest about that. Others will be one-click fixes inside your existing platform's editor.
The audit isn't a "you should rebuild with us" pretext. About 30% of audit recipients on DIY platforms walk away with two or three fixable wins and stay on their current builder.
What if I don't have Google Analytics installed?+
We can still audit. About 40% of audit subjects don't share analytics access. We use industry-benchmark conversion rates for their category, plus public traffic estimates (SimilarWeb, Ahrefs) to model the lost-revenue math conservatively.
If you do share GA access (read-only), the math gets about 3 times more accurate. Either way, the structural audit (hero, funnel, mobile, trust signals, SEO) doesn't depend on analytics at all.
Can I share the audit with my team or my current agency?+
Yes, please. The PDF is yours unconditionally. Forward it to your team, your current dev, your marketing agency, your investor, your accountant. We don't care, and we don't put a "DO NOT DISTRIBUTE" watermark on it.
Honestly, the best outcome for us is when an audit recipient shares the PDF with a peer and that peer books an audit too. That's how this funnel actually works.
What if the audit finds I need a totally different website?+
Then the audit says so, in writing, on page 1 of the PDF. We don't try to spin "you need a rebuild" into "you need a $299/mo plan from us" if the math doesn't support it.
If you do want us to handle the rebuild, our Pay Monthly Websites ($99 to $549/mo) and Growth Package ($299/mo all-in) are both fair options for a small business. But you'll hear about those only if you ask on the walkthrough.
Who actually does the audit: a junior, a tool, or a senior strategist?+
A senior strategist, typically 8+ years of agency conversion work, runs the entire audit and writes the report. We use tooling (Lighthouse, Ahrefs, screenshot scripts) to gather data, but no SaaS-bot writes a sentence of your report.
Same strategist runs the walkthrough call. No handoff to a junior account manager between report delivery and the call.
What tools do you use to run the audit?+
Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights for load behavior. Ahrefs and Semrush for search visibility. Real-device screenshots on iPhone and mid-tier Android. Manual click-through of every conversion path, including forms, chat, and phone links.
Everything a tool cannot judge (hero clarity, trust hierarchy, mobile UX friction) is done by hand by the strategist. A tool cannot tell you why your hero fails the 5-second test. A senior can.
Do you audit paid ads and landing pages too?+
Landing pages, yes, if that is the URL you send us. Paid ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are a separate audit product. If you want a paid-media audit alongside the site audit, mention it on the intake form and we ship both.
The website audit alone catches 60 to 80 percent of what usually gets blamed on paid media performance.
