Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine faced challenges due to a disorganized and outdated website that limited visibility, SEO performance, and patient connections. By creating a scalable, patient-first digital experience supported by strong SEO and a new visual identity, we achieved 174% growth in organic keywords, a 166% increase in organic traffic, and launched a thriving online patient community.
Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) is a leading medical practice specializing in innovative treatment for persistent pelvic pain. Since 2017, PRM has offered solutions for a condition that affects more than 15% of women and 10% of men, with an approach that goes beyond symptom management to address the root causes of pain. With 14 locations across 10 states, PRM has built its reputation on empathy, patient-centered care, and innovation. However, despite advancing clinical expertise and scaling operations, their digital presence lagged. Their website failed to communicate their compassionate mission, provide seamless access to information, or function as a strong acquisition tool. Redefine Web partnered with PRM not only to modernize their web presence and strengthen brand identity, but also to build channels for authentic patient connection—resulting in a digital transformation that aligns with their core values and continues to scale their impact.
Before working with Redefine Web, PRM struggled to maintain a digital presence that matched their reputation. Their site lacked scalability, making it hard to grow with new practices and patient demand.
Navigation was often confusing and frustrating for users who needed information or wanted to book appointments. This led to missed chances for patient acquisition. Content was scattered and poorly structured, limiting visibility and weakening SEO performance.
The outdated design also reduced credibility and failed to reflect PRM’s compassionate, patient-focused approach. Instead, the site appeared overly clinical and unwelcoming.
As more patients relied on online resources, PRM risked losing engagement and trust. They also lacked tools to build community, leaving patients without a supportive space in which to connect and share their experiences.
In short, PRM had expertise and reach but needed a complete digital transformation to help patients find, trust, and engage with their care.
Redefine Web reimagined PRM’s digital ecosystem with a focus on scalability, SEO, and patient-first design. We rebuilt their website on a stronger technical foundation, streamlined navigation for easier patient access, and introduced responsive layouts for seamless use across devices. Our design language incorporated thoughtful typography, patient-centered iconography, and a calming color palette that visually reflected PRM’s compassionate mission. Additionally, SEO enhancements, including technical optimization and content structuring, contributed to their rapid growth in search results. Building on our success, we also developed Worthy Warrior, a supportive community platform for patients with endometriosis and pelvic pain, directly aligned with PRM’s mission of empowering patient voices.
Key steps included:
Our partnership with PRM transformed their digital footprint into a scalable, compassionate, and high-performing patient acquisition tool. Organic keyword rankings increased 174%, organic traffic surged 166% year-over-year, and the Worthy Warrior community strengthened PRM’s mission—empowering patients while reinforcing their leadership in pelvic health.
