This Cookie Policy explains how Redefine Web uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. It covers the types of cookies we use, the tools that set them, how long they stay on your device, and how you can control them at any time.
Cookies do not usually contain information that identifies you by name. When they can be linked to you, we treat that data under our Privacy Policy. We never store passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal data inside cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser when you visit. They let the site remember what you did on previous visits, so pages load faster, forms remember your inputs, and analytics tools can measure how the site performs.
Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period, from a few minutes to a few years, depending on their purpose.
Types of cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories.
- Strictly necessary cookies. These keep the website working. They handle security checks, form submissions, and load balancing. You cannot turn these off, but they do not track you across other sites.
- Functional cookies. These support a feature you choose to use, such as the booking widget, and remember choices you make so you do not have to reset them on every visit.
- Analytics cookies. These help us understand which pages perform well, where visitors drop off, and how long people read our content. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
We do not currently run advertising or retargeting cookies on this website. If that changes, this page is updated before the cookies are set.

Analytics is loaded after the page has finished rendering, so a visit that ends within the first few seconds sets no analytics cookie at all.
The Calendly cookies are set only on the pages that show the booking widget.
Third-party providers
Two third parties can set cookies through this website.
- Google Analytics 4. Site usage measurement. We do not use it for advertising audiences or remarketing. Google Privacy Policy.
- Calendly. The booking widget on the pages where you can book a call. It loads with the page, sets its own cookies in its own frame, and also loads Stripe, which sets one cookie of its own. Where you reach a booking widget from an audit confirmation, we pass your name and email address to Calendly so the booking form is prefilled.
Other services we use, including our email validation and form delivery providers, process submissions you send us without setting cookies in your browser. How we handle that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
How we handle consent
This site does not show a cookie banner. It sets two non-essential cookie groups, analytics and the booking widget. We do not use either to build advertising audiences or to identify you.
If we later add advertising or retargeting cookies, or begin serving visitors in a region that requires opt-in consent, we will ask for that consent before those cookies are set and this page will say so first.
How to control cookies
You have full control over which cookies you accept.
- In your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Use the links below.
- Opt out of Google Analytics. Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which stops this site and every other site from measuring your visit.
- Ad settings. Adjust your ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
- Do Not Track and opt-out signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required by law.
Browser cookie controls:
If you block or delete cookies, some parts of the site may not work as expected. Forms may not remember your inputs, and personalized content may reset on every visit.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of that data. Our Privacy Policy explains how to make a request and how we handle it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we add or remove tools, when the law changes, or when we clarify how we use cookies. The date at the top shows when we last revised it. We recommend checking it once a year.
