Meritt Payment Technologies was losing customers because of an extremely slow website. After the company approached us to resolve the problem, we found the website relied on many plugins that contributed to a ten-second fully loaded time. Moreover, the existing design failed to highlight the company’s offerings in the relevant sections.
Additionally, although the website was targeting both English and French-speaking customers, the code wasn’t optimized for best SEO practices, resulting in a loss in organic results. As a result, we needed to rebuild the website to help it stand out in a highly competitive financial technology market.
Following our audit, we created a bespoke website matching the brand’s identity. Recognizing the website’s audience of potential B2B clients, we strategically placed calls-to-action (CTAs) throughout the site. This streamlined user engagement with an increased conversion rate. Additionally, we implemented a correct multilingual strategy to support English and French on the website.
