Armanino is the largest independent accounting and consulting firm in California. Accounting Today ranks it in the top 20 in the US. Beyond accounting, it runs a strong consulting arm.
Armanino bought AccessTek, a Chicago firm that resells cloud software. After the deal, it wanted to reach new regions and become a thought leader in cloud accounting.
The problem
Growth after the acquisition needed a national brand and a content engine.
