CLIENT SNAPSHOT
The brief
A trusted home and business plumber known for fast response and clean fits, held back only by an old web presence.
Berks Plumbing is a trusted plumber for homes and businesses. It was well known locally but struggled online. The old agency ran a one-page site and PPC ads. Those ads brought high costs per click, poor conversions and leads that did not fit. That held back growth and return on spend.
Wanting better results, the company chose Redefine Web to build a data-driven plan. We redesigned the site, built optimized service pages, fixed technical SEO and rebuilt the paid ads. Now the company draws more qualified local customers and has a pipeline of good leads that can scale.
The problem
A strong offline name losing every battle online.
What we did
A full-funnel rebuild of site, SEO, PPC and Local Service Ads in one push.
We rebuilt the site, the SEO and the ads to work as one system.
We rebuilt the whole funnel. The one-page site became many service pages, each tuned to local keywords. Technical SEO work made the site faster, better built and easier to use.
In Google Ads, we set up campaigns by service. Better quality scores cut the cost per click, and new landing pages were built for leads.
We also rebuilt Local Service Ads to show verified reviews and job types. Tighter targeting brought qualified local leads and full impression share for urgent searches.
BARS SHARE ONE SCALE PER CHART. BEFORE IS THE STARTING POINT.
Each plumbing service got its own landing page, with copy that fits what the searcher wants. That covers emergency, drain, water heater and commercial work.
We fixed site structure, schema, load speed and crawling. That cleared the way for rankings before any content work began.
We wrote local landing copy and hyperlocal content, and tightened citations across the whole service area.
Each service got its own campaign, with ad copy that matches its landing page. Google rewarded the fit, so the cost per click dropped.
We paired a new bid plan with verified reviews and job type tags. That won the impression share rivals were paying twice for.
Call tracking and form tracking closed the loop. Every dollar spent now ties to a booked job.
