A leading plumbing and heating company in Cork, serving homes, businesses and emergency callouts.

Complete Plumbing & Contracting is a leading plumbing and heating company in Cork. It handles residential, commercial and emergency work. It was known offline for being reliable. But online competition was rising, it relied on word of mouth and few new leads came in.

To grow over the long term, it partnered with Redefine Web to fix its SEO.

The problem

Strong offline, invisible online, and competitors were getting the calls.

It was well known in Cork, but its online presence was weak.

The website was slow and poorly optimized. It did not rank for high-intent searches like "Cork plumbing services" or "gas boiler service Cork," so customers often found competitors instead.

Organic traffic was low, which limited inquiries and revenue.

The site had no local pages or service content, which left big gaps for competitors. Few blogs or resources made it even harder to find.
