McCarthy Court is a stylish development of just seven apartments for rent in an established residential area of Sidcup. Each two-bedroom apartment has premium finishes and a luxury bathroom. Green features include solar panels, low-energy lights and EV charging.
The problem
Pressure to let before the build, and no way to tour in person.
