About the client

A solo-provider injectable studio whose distributor accounts depended on having a credible website live before product would ship.

An expert injector running a boutique studio focused exclusively on neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and skin treatments. Patients found her through reputation and Instagram — but cosmetic distributors wouldn't open accounts without a professional, treatment-clear website.

She came to Redefine Web with two non-negotiables: a credible site that would clear distributor compliance, and a real booking flow so she could stop running her calendar out of DMs.

No site, no distributor accounts. Booking via DM was breaking down.

Without a site, three cosmetic distributors had paused her wholesale orders. Without an online booking flow, every appointment was negotiated by DM — which scaled fine to a dozen patients a week and broke at scale.

The brand existed on Instagram but had never been translated into a system: no color palette, no typography, no consistent imagery, no specialist-led copy on the treatments themselves.

We ran a one-week discovery + moodboard, locked a brand-aligned visual system, and shipped a WordPress build with native booking, treatment-led copy, specialist credentials, and the trust signals distributors specifically check for.

Treatment pages were written in the practitioner's voice — what it is, who it's for, what to expect, contraindications — so patients self-qualify before the consult. Post-launch we stayed on retainer for ongoing service additions as the practice expands.
