About the client

A full-service Pacific Northwest med spa blending injectables, laser, and wellness — held back by a template site that quoted nothing and ranked for nothing.

A well-loved Seattle-area med spa offering injectables, laser, body contouring, and skincare. Strong in-room reputation, strong provider tenure — but the digital footprint was a generic Squarespace template with no service-level pages, no transparent pricing, and no measurable conversion path.

The practice came to Redefine Web to stop leaking high-intent traffic to chains and to make the website do the qualifying work before a consult ever hit the calendar.

Template site, zero conversion path, opaque pricing scaring off high-intent buyers.

Every treatment lived on one bloated page. There was no way for a prospective patient to see what a Botox unit, a Sculptra vial, or a laser package would cost — so high-intent visitors bounced to competitors who at least published ranges.

The before/after gallery was a single PDF download. Google Images traffic was effectively zero. Paid campaigns ran on a single broad ad group with no neighborhood, treatment, or device segmentation, and the CPL was climbing month over month.

Rebuild for intent — service pages, instant pricing, image SEO, segmented paid.

We rebuilt the site on WordPress with one conversion-mapped page per treatment family, then layered an instant price-simulator lead capture that lets a visitor build a basket of treatments and get a quote by email + SMS — capturing the lead even when the visitor doesn't book.

The before/after gallery was rebuilt as native, indexable image pages with treatment-tagged alt text, structured data, and lazy-loaded high-res files. PPC was rebuilt into a treatment × neighborhood matrix with creative rotated against ICP segments.
