Pay monthly websites · $0 upfront · 12 months minimum

Pay monthly websites with no $5,000 bill on day one.

A complete custom website on a flat monthly subscription. Design, build, hosting, security, updates, and ongoing edits all rolled into one predictable price. Cash-flow friendly pay monthly website design for small businesses that do not want to drop $3,000 to $10,000 upfront just to launch.

Four pay monthly website plans starting at $99 a month with a 12-month minimum. Every plan includes a real custom site. Enterprise hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, and a senior US team that picks up the phone. This is a subscription, not a loan or a financing arrangement, and there is no interest of any kind.

What happens after you schedule the call

The 45-minute call, then the plan recommendation, then your first edit ticket.

Our pay monthly websites are sold the same way they are delivered. Senior strategist on the first call, written scope at every stage gate, fixed monthly price on the SOW. No mystery work and no surprise upgrades in month four.

STAGE 01 / CALL

Talk to a senior strategist.

45 minutes. A senior strategist, not an account executive, reviews your current site, your service area, your edit volume, and your cash flow. You walk away with a plan recommendation in writing, an honest answer on whether pay monthly or upfront fits better, and three things you can act on this month, hire us or not.

Day 1
STAGE 02 / DISCOVERY

Scope the build.

One week. We review your brand, your competitors, your existing content, and your analytics if you have them. Output is a one-page scope document covering pages, integrations, copy, and the fixed launch date. Signed before we touch the design phase.

Week 1
STAGE 03 / DESIGN

Design and approve.

One to two weeks. Mobile-first design across home, key service pages, and contact. Reviewed in one consolidated revision round. Approved in writing before we move into build, so there are no moving targets in week six.

Weeks 2 to 3
STAGE 04 / BUILD & OPERATE

Build, launch, and run the edit queue.

One to four weeks of build depending on the plan. Custom build on Webflow or WordPress, on-page SEO setup, integrations connected, content placed, performance and accessibility tested. We launch on the date we quoted, and the first monthly invoice ships on launch day. From month two on, your dedicated edit queue opens. Submit a ticket, we ship the edit inside your turnaround window. Quarterly performance review on the Business and Custom plans. The site keeps getting better while the price stays exactly where you signed.

Weeks 3 onward
Is this right for you

Who our pay monthly websites are built for.

Three signals that a pay monthly website is a better fit than paying upfront or building it yourself. If two or more describe your situation, the subscription model is likely the right call.

$0
Spare capital for a one-time build

You want cash-flow friendly pricing.

You do not want to drop $3,000 to $10,000 upfront on a website. You would rather treat it like a utility bill alongside your phone plan, your software, and your insurance. Our affordable pay monthly websites are built exactly for that cash flow reality, with no interest and no financing involved.

Cash-flow first
1+
Edit per month, ongoing

You will keep editing the site.

You add seasonal pages, swap promos, update services, post new photos, change hours, or add a new staff bio. Paying per-edit gets expensive fast. The included monthly hours on our pay monthly website plans cover all of that without a surprise invoice every time you want to swap a hero image.

Always evolving
1
Local service business or shop

You compete on local search.

You are a local service business, a small shop, or a professional practice that competes in Google's Map Pack and local search results. Our pay monthly website and SEO foundation is set up to rank for the searches that actually book work, not just look pretty in a portfolio.

Local-first
What we will not do

The three things our pay monthly website plans refuse to do, on purpose.

You can read this as discipline or as a filter on the wrong-fit engagement. Either way, knowing what we will not do up front saves you a discovery call and saves us a misaligned subscription. If any of these is a hard requirement on your side, we are not the right pay monthly website provider for you.

0%
Interest, ever

No financing dressed up as subscription.

We are not a finance company and there is no interest on these plans. We will not pretend a $99 a month payment is anything other than a service subscription. If you want a true financing plan with interest, your bank or a financing partner is the right place to look, and we will tell you that on the call.

Subscription, not loan
0
Auto-renewals after notice

No surprise renewals.

The 12-month minimum is the math that makes the build pay back. After that, the plan rolls month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. We will not bury the cancellation steps in fine print or auto-bill you another year without a written reminder before renewal.

Cancel-friendly
0
Proprietary platform lock-in

No hostage code.

Your site is built on Webflow or WordPress. The content is yours from day one. The code becomes yours after the 12-month minimum. If you leave at month 13, you take everything to any host you want. We will not hold your site hostage to keep you on the subscription.

You own it
Why this matters now

Three reasons to start a pay monthly website plan this quarter.

You can read this as a sales nudge or as the actual math on local search and pay monthly capacity. Either way, waiting another quarter is rarely the cheaper choice for a service business.

REASON 01 / SEARCH

Local search keeps consolidating.

Google's Map Pack drives a majority of clicks for service searches like plumber near me or dentist Brooklyn. Without a fast modern website tied to a real Google Business Profile, you will not show up in the three results that matter. A pay monthly website and SEO foundation gets you there at $99 to $349 a month, less than most paid ad campaigns.

Right now
REASON 02 / CAPACITY

We cap new subscriptions per month.

We staff our pay monthly website packages with senior leads, not junior account managers, which limits how many new builds we can take on each month. Q3 is currently open for two new Essential or Growth slots. After those, the next available kickoff slides to the following quarter and your launch date moves with it.

2 slots left this quarter
REASON 03 / COMPOUND

Reviews and SEO compound monthly.

A site launched today starts collecting Google reviews, ranking on long-tail local terms, and building trust signals from week one. A site launched in six months starts six months later. Owners who launch this quarter typically hit 25 to 40 new reviews by year end. The math does not pause while you decide whether to commit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about our pay monthly websites.

Pay monthly is a real service subscription, not a financing plan or a leasing arrangement. Here is exactly how our pay monthly website packages actually work.

// cannot find your answer?
Want to model out the year-one cost for your business?
Book a quick call
How much do your pay monthly websites cost?

Our pay monthly website plans start at $99 a month for Essential, $239 for Growth, $349 for Business, and from $599 for Custom. Every plan is fixed-fee with a 12-month minimum and zero setup cost. Year-one total runs $1,188 to $4,188 with everything included (design, hosting, security, monthly edits, support). No interest, no hidden upgrades.

What happens after the 12-month minimum?

You can stay on the plan as long as you want, switch tiers, or cancel with 30 days notice. About 94% of clients stay on past month 12, usually because the bundled hosting, security, and edits work out cheaper than managing those separately. If you cancel, you can either move the site to your own hosting with our clean export, or keep us on a maintenance-only retainer.

Why a 12-month minimum on pay monthly website plans?

Because the design and build cost (real work, usually $4,000 to $8,000 of labor) is amortized over the first year of the subscription. If we let people cancel after 30 days, we would lose money on every pay monthly website client and would have to charge $5,000 upfront instead. The minimum is the math that makes the model work for both sides.

Is this financing or a loan?

No. We are not a financing company and there is no interest. It is a service subscription like Netflix or your accounting software. The price is the price. We do not increase it during your minimum term, and we do not charge interest because there is no loan to pay interest on. Your monthly bill is for service delivered that month, not for repaying a debt.

What about $24 to $125 a month website builders I keep seeing ads for?

Those exist and have their place. A $24 to $125 a month DIY builder gives you a stock layout, a hosting subscription, and a CMS dashboard. What it does not give you is a custom design, the human conversion strategy, the senior team handling your edits, the local SEO setup tuned to how customers actually search in your area, or the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Honest framing: if your business is brand new, your budget is under $50 a month total, or you genuinely want to learn how websites work, a DIY builder is the right call and we will tell you so on the strategy call. If you are past that — running a real business, getting real customers, and tired of a site that does not book them — $99 a month is the cheaper math the day you book your first new lead from the new site. Different price, different product, different outcome.

What is the 30-day money-back guarantee?

Every pay monthly website plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days of your first payment you decide the engagement is not the right fit, we refund every dollar you have paid us and walk away. No fight, no fine print, no "but we already started the design work" claim. We carry the risk of the first month so you do not have to.

After 30 days, the 12-month minimum kicks in and the standard cancel-with-30-days-notice terms apply. The guarantee is one chance, taken seriously, in writing.

Do I own the website?

The content is yours from day one. You can copy it, share it, and do whatever you want with it. The code becomes yours after the 12-month minimum. Until then, the code is licensed to you for use on the live site only. After month 12 you can take everything to any host you want. For Custom-tier clients, we can transfer ownership on day one as part of the agreement.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, upward, any time. Your minimum term does not reset, only your monthly rate. Downgrading is possible after the 12-month minimum with 30 days notice. About 1 in 4 clients move up a tier within their first 18 months, usually when they need e-commerce or hit a content output cap on the lower tier.

What is the catch with the included edit hours?

No catch. Hours do not roll over month to month. That is the only limitation. We track them transparently in a shared dashboard so you know exactly what has been used. Most clients use 60 to 80% of their hours in a typical month. The cap is sized to be generous, not limiting. If you regularly need more, that is usually the signal to move up a tier.

What if I want to leave early?

You can buy out the remaining minimum at the standard upfront-package rate for your tier. That ends the subscription, transfers ownership of the code to you, and you can host it anywhere. About 1 in 12 clients do this, usually because they got acquired or their business pivoted. We do not penalize the buyout. We simply price it at the real cost of the build.

Are there setup fees or hidden charges on these monthly pay websites?

No setup fees on Essential, Growth, or Business. No hidden charges, no surprise renewals, no auto-upgrades. The only additional charges would be for clearly out-of-scope work (a major rebuild, additional integrations, custom development beyond your plan) and those are quoted upfront in writing before the work starts. You always know what you are paying for next month.

Are these cheap pay monthly websites or real custom builds?

They are real custom builds at the lowest honest price for the work. Cheap pay monthly websites usually mean stock builds dropped on a closed platform you do not own, with surprise upgrade fees and ad-supported hosting. Our pay monthly website packages give you a real custom design from Growth and up, real hosting, real edit hours, and real ownership of the content from day one. If your budget is below $99 a month, an honest DIY platform like Squarespace is the right choice, and we will say so on the call.
