Small business website packages · Fixed price · 12 months hosting included

Small business website packages with transparent pricing and predictable timelines.

Four small business website packages built for the realities of running a service business or local shop, not enterprise budgets and not freelancer roulette. Pick the package that fits your stage, see exactly what is included before you sign, and launch on a date you can actually plan a marketing push around.

All four website packages for small business owners include senior-led design, fully managed hosting for 12 months, a mobile-first build, and a post-launch warranty in writing. The differences are scope, customization, and how much we do for you on copy, SEO, and review automation. No hourly surprises and no scope creep invoices in month four.

What happens after you schedule the call

The 45-minute call, then the package recommendation, then a fixed quote.

Our small business website packages are sold the same way they are delivered. Senior strategist on the first call, written deliverable at every stage gate, fixed price on the SOW. No mystery work and no rolling invoices.

STAGE 01 / CALL

Talk to a senior strategist.

45 minutes. A senior strategist, not an account executive, reviews your current site, your service area, your goals, and your timeline. You walk away with a package recommendation in writing, an honest answer on whether to DIY for now, and three things you can act on this month, hire us or not.

Day 1
STAGE 02 / DISCOVERY

Scope the project.

One week. We review your brand, your competitors, your content, and your existing analytics. Output is a one-page scope document covering pages, integrations, copy, and the fixed launch date. Signed before we touch the design.

Week 1
STAGE 03 / DESIGN

Design and approve.

One to two weeks. Mobile-first design across home, key service pages, and contact. Reviewed in one consolidated revision round. Approved in writing before build starts. No moving targets.

Weeks 2 to 3
STAGE 04 / BUILD & WARRANTY

Build, launch, and 30 to 90 days of cover.

One to four weeks of build depending on the tier. Custom development on Webflow or WordPress, on-page SEO setup, integrations connected, content placed, performance and accessibility tested. We launch on the date we quoted. The warranty period that follows covers bugs, plugin updates, and small content edits, with an optional maintenance retainer after the included 12 months of hosting. You can also self-host on your own account. We will not lock you in.

Weeks 3 onward
Is this right for you

Who our small business website packages are built for.

Three signals that a packaged small business website design package is the right answer. If two or more describe your situation, we are likely a fit.

$799+
Real one-time budget

You have a real budget.

You have at least $799 set aside for a credible site, hosting included for 12 months. Below that, a DIY platform is honestly the right call. We will tell you on the strategy call when DIY is the right answer for your stage, and we will not push you into a package you do not need.

Budget-ready
3wk+
Patience for a real build

You can wait three weeks.

You need a launch date you can plan around, not a site live tomorrow afternoon. Essential launches in two to three weeks. Business in three to five. Business+ in five to seven. If you need a one-page coming soon page by Friday, we can suggest a freelancer for that and pick up the real build later.

Real timeline
1
Decision-maker on your side

You can approve in writing.

You have a single decision-maker who can approve the scope, the design, and the launch in writing. Multi-stakeholder approval chains can still work on Business+ or Custom, but they take longer. We will scope the timeline to your reality, not to ours.

Decision-ready
What we will not do

The three things our small business website package process refuses to do, on purpose.

You can read this as discipline or as a filter on the wrong-fit engagement. Either way, knowing what we will not do up front saves you a discovery call and saves us a misaligned project.

$0
Hourly invoices mid-project

No hourly billing.

Every package is fixed-fee. No hourly invoices and no surprise scope creep in week four. If the scope changes, we re-quote in writing before any extra work begins. You always know what you are paying for.

Fixed-fee
0
Proprietary platform lock-in

No platform lock-in.

Your site is built on Webflow or WordPress in your account. You own the code, the assets, and the hosting account from day one. If you fire us on Tuesday, you can move the site Wednesday without our help.

You own it
0
Auto-renewals

No surprise renewals.

The included 12 months of hosting will not auto-renew without written notice. The maintenance retainer is genuinely optional. We will not stick you with an annual invoice for a service you forgot you signed up for in year two.

No surprises
FAQ

Frequently asked questions about our small business website packages.

How much do your small business website packages cost?

Our small business website design packages run $799 for Essential, $1,299 for Business, $1,999 for Business+, and from $4,800 for Custom. Every tier is fixed-fee with a written scope. The deposit and balance-on-launch split is published on each card. You will never get an hourly invoice from us mid-project.

Can I switch tiers after I start?

Yes, upward only, and we re-quote before any extra work begins. About 1 in 5 clients move from Essential to Business or from Business to Business+ once they see the discovery output. We bill the difference, never the full new tier price. Downgrading mid-project is not possible because the design and build are already underway, but you can scope down on a future project.

What is the difference between Essential and a Wix reskin?

Essential is built on a real CMS (Webflow or WordPress, your choice) with a custom layout, not a stock template. We do the writing structure for you, set up basic SEO properly, and ship a site you actually own from day one. Wix is fine for some businesses, but you do not own the platform and you are locked in. Our Essential website package for small business owners keeps your options open as you grow.

Why is Business+ so much more than Business?

Three reasons. E-commerce setup adds real complexity through payment, inventory, shipping, and tax configuration. Professional copywriting on five pages takes a senior writer fifteen hours or more. The review automation system requires platform setup plus workflow design. Each is a deliberate addition, not an upsell. If you do not need any of the three, stay on Business.

Do I have to pay for hosting after the first 12 months?

Yes. Hosting and maintenance after year one is $480 per year for Essential and Business, $720 per year for Business+, and custom-priced for Custom. We never auto-renew without notice. You can also self-host on your own AWS, Vercel, Webflow, or WordPress account at any time. We provide the export.

Are revisions actually limited, or does that get fuzzy?

It is literal. A revision round is one consolidated round of feedback per phase (design, build, content). Within a round you can request as many changes as you want. Between rounds the design moves forward. We have found this rhythm produces better outcomes than unlimited revisions, which tend to spiral. If you genuinely need more rounds, additional rounds are $400 each.

What happens if my project takes longer than the quoted timeline?

If the delay is on our side, we do not charge extra. If it is because content is late or feedback takes longer than the round window, the timeline shifts but the price holds. We flag risks two weeks in advance. Never with a surprise email the day of launch. That is the operating discipline most other website packages for small businesses skip.

Can I bring my own designer or developer?

Sometimes, usually under the Custom tier. If you have a designer who has done the design and you just need build, we can scope a build-only engagement starting at $3,200. If you have a developer and need design, that is typically $4,800 to $8,000 depending on page count.

Do you take payment plans?

Yes. Every tier defaults to a deposit plus balance-on-launch split, which works for most small businesses. For Business+ and Custom we can split into thirds (deposit, midpoint, launch) on request. We do not carry interest or financing. Payment plans are simply scheduled.

What if I do not like the final design?

It has never happened in 11 years, but the protection is structural. Each phase is signed off in writing before moving forward. Design is approved before we build. Build is reviewed before we launch. If something is off, we catch it inside a revision round, not at the end. Worst case, if a phase output is genuinely unusable, we redo the phase at no charge.

Which website package for small business is right for us?

Essential fits a solo operator or new business that needs a credible online presence in three weeks. Business fits a service business with two or more team members competing locally on Google. Business+ fits a small shop adding e-commerce or a service business that needs review automation and copy. Custom fits multi-location, multi-language, or integration-heavy work. We will recommend the right one on the call, including "none" if you should DIY for now.

Why this matters now

Three reasons to lock in your small business website package this quarter.

You can read this as a sales nudge or as the actual math on local search. Either way, the longer you wait the more expensive the catch-up gets, and our capacity for new packaged builds is capped on purpose.

REASON 01 / SEARCH

Local search keeps consolidating.

Google's Map Pack now drives a majority of clicks for service searches like plumber near me or dentist Brooklyn. Without a fast modern website tied to your Google Business Profile, you will not show up in the three results that actually matter, and a $799 site that ranks is cheaper than another year of paid ads alone.

Right now
REASON 02 / CAPACITY

We cap packaged builds per month.

We staff our small business website design packages with senior leads, not junior account managers, and that limits how many new builds we can take on at one time. Q3 is currently open for two new Essential or Business slots. After those, the next available kickoff slides to the following quarter.

2 slots left this quarter
REASON 03 / COMPOUND

Reviews and SEO compound monthly.

A site launched today starts collecting Google reviews, ranking on long-tail local terms, and earning trust signals from week one. A site launched in six months starts six months later. Owners who launched in Q3 typically hit 25 to 40 new reviews by year end without lifting a finger. The math does not pause while you decide.
