Mission Pet Health, which manages over 400 local veterinary practices, struggled with fragmented paid media operations and inefficient budget allocation. Redefine Web designed a scalable paid media framework, optimized campaigns, and diversified channels, resulting in 54% more leads, 74% above ROAS targets, and sustained nationwide growth.
Mission Pet Health is a veterinarian-owned and operated network of over 400 animal hospitals across the nation. Each location maintains its local branding while gaining the operational and marketing support of the broader Mission Pet Health network. With the rapid pace of expansion across the U.S., the organization needed a scalable and efficient paid media framework that not only delivered new clients to each newly acquired clinic but also aligned budgets with each hospital’s unique operational capacity. Before partnering with Redefine Web, their digital marketing efforts lacked integration, resulting in wasted budgets, inefficiencies in campaign performance, and inconsistent visibility for individual locations. Our goal was to develop a unified and scalable system for managing campaigns across hundreds of locations while achieving both growth and profitability.
Mission Pet Health’s rapid growth through hundreds of acquisitions created a significant challenge: unifying fragmented marketing efforts without compromising local identity or wasting budgets.
Before partnering with Redefine Web, paid media campaigns operated in silos, producing inconsistent results. Budgets weren’t aligned with each clinic’s actual capacity, leading to overspending in some regions and underinvestment in others.
Their search accounts were heavily fragmented, making it difficult to scale. Marketing spend wasn’t tied to appointment availability, call handling, or financial objectives, resulting in a poor ROI.
Managing over 400 locations also led to workflow inefficiencies. Reporting was scattered, conversion tracking lacked standardization, and the actual impact of ads was unclear. Additionally, their strategy was overly reliant on search, missing opportunities in tools like Performance Max and Local Services Ads.
As expansion continued, Mission Pet Health needed a scalable and repeatable framework for new acquisitions—otherwise, inefficiencies threatened to undermine growth and profitability.
Redefine Web designed a scalable, data-driven paid media framework that aligned marketing with Mission Pet Health’s operational and financial data. We restructured search campaigns, integrated conversion tracking across the network, and implemented more effective bidding strategies while consolidating fragmented account structures. Campaigns were expanded into Performance Max and Local Service Ads for improved efficiency and lower CPL. Lastly, we introduced dynamic budgeting that allocated spend where it delivered the highest ROI, ensuring every dollar was strategically used to drive growth.

By building a scalable and data-driven paid media framework, Redefine Web positioned Mission Pet Health to sustain rapid national expansion while optimizing budgets and profitability. With higher-quality leads, improved ROAS, and efficiency gains across more than 400 locations, the network is now well-equipped for ongoing growth and operational alignment.
