What happens after launch?
The 60-day CRO sprint is included. After that, most clients keep us on for hosting and maintenance, which includes managed hosting, IDX feed monitoring, agent onboarding, monthly CRO experiments, and security. You can also take the site in-house, we will do a 30-day documented handoff if you do.
Do you sign NDAs, DPAs, and SOC 2 paperwork?
Yes. SOC 2 Type II audited, GDPR compliant, and we routinely sign NDAs and DPAs before any privileged data work. Templates are in the contract pack we share after the strategy call.
